b. By submitting content, you grant the Academy a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

a. The Academy is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the provided content or participation in any activities.

8. Termination

a. The Academy reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to any user without prior notice for violations of these terms.

a. The Academy communicates updates, announcements, and instructor messages through the announcment chats within the Academy.

b. Users are advised to check these channels regularly for important information and updates.

15. Technical Requirements

a. Minimum technical requirements for accessing the Academy include internet connection, a smart device with interne connection.

16. Modifications to Content

a. The Academy reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content, classes, or features without prior notice.

17. Refund Policy

1.    Technical Issues: Refunds may be issued in the event of persistent technical issues or disruptions that significantly impede the user's ability to access and utilize the Academy's services.

3.    Duplicate Purchase: Refunds can be processed for accidental duplicate purchases or billing errors, provided the user contacts the Academy's customer support within a specified timeframe.

b. Users understand and agree that the Academy, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from missed safety precautions or omissions in the instructional content.

c. Users are urged to exercise caution and seek professional advice if they have concerns about their ability to safely participate in any activities presented in the Academy's content.
